Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365

We use Microsoft 365 in my organisation. This helps with day to day tasks and has such a scope of work for helping with what we do. From everything to reporting, marketing and planning, I use Microsoft 365 every day. I think the tools it provides are great and have become so embedded in my day to day that I don’t have to think about it.

Pros

  • Reliable

  • Easy to format files

Cons

  • Search function sometimes poor
  • Copilot is incorporated into everything which is not always useful.
  • Sometimes saving files to one drive and sharing doesn’t work.
  • Positive for showing my reporting.
  • Helpful for organising files and saving time.
  • Can collab in documents which agin saves time.
As I use Microsoft 365 every day I’d say the negatives are fairly minimal. In outlook however, it can sometimes be difficult to locate files and search for previous emails. I normally have to manually find them myself. Sometimes when sharing files not owned by myself it can be awkward and not let me share links.
Compared to the g-suite Microsoft 365 is so much more universally used. I think it has a way further reach and is easier for everyone to use. It is the basic standard in our business and I’d expect that in most places. I can always transfer my skills and everything is consistent across the applications.

I use Microsoft 365 day to day so it is a very useful tool for me. I like the variety of file formats I can export my files in an use it from end to end in my marketing campaigns. I find it a little annoying that copilot has been incorporated into all the apps as it gets in the way sometimes. But to say I use it everyday, I do not have any big issues.
