Used just by me as an entrepreneur, and I have 5 email accounts.
- When working, you receive and can send emails
- When working, you can manage your calendar
- When working, you can sometimes have video meetings with Teams
- When trying to resolve problems their phone help service could operate from 8am to 10pm which would be far more useful than 9am-5pm!
- Web advice would be better if it were accurate. For example don't tell people to go to File/Account settings/Accounts to find out what version of outlook you have when in fact that informatino is not stored there!
- When re-directing a server, it would be better if Microsoft was able to accommodate such a move without disconnecting from the server and requiring hours of headaches for those trying to resolve the issue.
- Don't provide chat help if they simply direct you to call support, which is not actually operating.
- Essentially, make trouble shooting A LOT EASIER! With information where it should be.
- It often has a negative impact in that it costs me hours of my time trying to resolve issues that either shouldn't happen in the first place, or when they do, are complicated to resolve. It costs me precious hours of my life that I'll never get back, not to mentino the stress.
