Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It is being used across the whole corporate as a primary tool for daily email communication, team meetings schedule, meeting, and chatting. It facilitates communication among team/individuals, by sending emails with optional attachments of different objects.
- Sending emails, to an individual or to a group of people
- Allowing attachments of documents for better communications
- Scheduling various events, like meetings and vacations with auto-reply messages.
- Calendar functionality
- Search is not intelligent enough. It is hard sometimes to find what you need.
- It'd be nice if it allows one to set up time-off meanwhile to reflect it in other tools like calendar, corporate HR time-off request, etc.
- Emails
- Meeting scheduling
- It has positive impact on ROI as it facilitates communication among people and groups of people that are important to move forward the projects.
MS office 365 has been in the market for long time, nonetheless other products line google email takes it over for the speed and GUI design. Office 365 is selected because when the decision was made there was not better competitors, and Office 365 still has it values.
