Microsoft 365 is a multi-use tool that is useful in many ways. From typing up documents in Microsoft Office to weekly meetings in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 is our go-to software used daily. It is used by all members of our organization and is necessary when running a business.
- Industry leader when it comes to office software
- Ease of use compared to competitors
- Access to many tools and functions required to run a business
- Great tool for any industry of work
- Logging in to Microsoft can be tricky at times
- Outlook is very useful, but can be challenging to understand at times
- Microsoft Project is useful for providing clients with easy to read, accurate schedules
- Excel is one of the most necessary tools when it comes to sorting and gathering data
- Microsoft Teams allowed our team to meet, even when COVID-19 did not make it possible to meet in person. This program is incredibly easy to use.
- All of our business operations run through a Microsoft 365 program to some extent. There is not a facet of the business that is not impacted by Microsoft 365 at some point.
- Excel makes it easy to perform a profit report or even forecast future profits.
- Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Microsoft 365 is the industry leader for a reason. Their programs are unmatched in terms of accessibility, ease of use, and functionality. Every tool is accessible in one place and once you learn how to use all the functions Microsoft 365 has to offer, there is not much that can not be achieved.
