Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the CRM we use for our sales team. It allows us to have client information available to our associates, and for them to track messaging through calls, and emails. It is also used to determine associate of record for those looking to add clients. Management uses the tool to monitor associate metrics and communicate with clients.
Pros
- Plenty of good client information to fill out
- Allow third party apps to help populate client info
- shows some reporting that is useful to sales associates and management
Cons
- Reporting is basic and could be better
- There could be training, especially on report creation, in the application
- There could be better ways to manage large amounts of text data for client and opportunity information
- This has allowed us to eliminate 2 other applications we were using for similar purposes and save us money.
- It was hard for us to get people to buy into making the change and we still have some associates that only use it for bare minumim.
We selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 over Salesforce because of the integrations with the other Microsoft products we are using.
