Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365
we used Microsoft Dynamics 365 to eliminate some of our antiquated processes and integrate many of the steps into one system. We used it both as a sales platform and a customer service platform. It moved us forward and streamlined a lot of the steps that our different departments used, putting them in one system.

Overall the usability and multi-functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is really what stood out to our leadership team and board. We were able to eliminate the need for multiple platforms and integrate a lot of our processes into one single platform. The idea is we can continue to roll out additional pieces as we evolve our company.
