Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365

we used Microsoft Dynamics 365 to eliminate some of our antiquated processes and integrate many of the steps into one system. We used it both as a sales platform and a customer service platform. It moved us forward and streamlined a lot of the steps that our different departments used, putting them in one system.

  • able to more effectively track inventory at our warehouse
  • payment collection and tracking was improved
the initial launch was rough, but after getting additional user training and integration across various departments, we were able to introduce different phases of the platform to our users. This slow and steady approach helped with usability and user adoption. Implementation would be a step that should be reviewed next time.
Overall the usability and multi-functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is really what stood out to our leadership team and board. We were able to eliminate the need for multiple platforms and integrate a lot of our processes into one single platform. The idea is we can continue to roll out additional pieces as we evolve our company.

this was a fantastic option for our small/mid-sized company to eliminate the usage of multiple platforms and consolidate them to one software. It allowed us to integrate and use more automation between our various teams and eliminate manual and outdated processes that had been used for years.
