Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics GP
Dynamics was used as a CRM tool at my previous company. The Sales, Sales Development and Sales Ops Department were using it. IT was great to organize leads, campaign, and stay on top of opportunity. Working as a team, we were able to see what other team member were doing with each lead, account, and add notes to what has been done.

I did not pick Dynamics over Salesforce, my company was using it and eventually switched over to Salesforce. I would say that Dynamics is user-friendly and the interface is quite easy to understand. I really like the reporting capabilities as well. Once again, the aesthetic could be improved for a better experience and some functions could be added.
