Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

We use Microsoft Entra ID for security and compliance enhancements and to improve our productivity through MFA, SSO, and detailed access control. For the longest time, we had challenges managing multiple logins and securing user access. We used to maintain different passwords for different apps, which caused confusion and many password reset requests . This tool offered SSO that solved this issue of users sign once and have access to all our apps. Conditional access with MFA helps us block unauthorized access, providing strong security protection. Also, we like that it seamlessly integrates with our Microsoft systems, thus making identity and access management smooth and efficient.

  • The tool provides security measures such as user authentication and SSO the help to protect sensitive information within our institution.
  • Allow everyone to have single sign-in to our cloud systems, no need to remember multiple passwords, which makes life easier and cuts down on password reset tickets.
  • The centralized management feature helps us to manage users, apps, and access permissions from a central location, which in turn improves our productivity.
We have both a smooth deployment process, and it was the best decision because we have both remote and in-person working setups. Offer secure and consistent access regardless of where each of us is working from.
Yes, we do, though we faced challenges with integrations. The configurations are a bit difficult for some.
Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Microsoft 365, Datadog, and DocuSign. On premises, we have tools for example,e CampusNexus, Canvas, etc.
