Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Excel

Excel is an integral part of our business. Most file sharing, and data reports are all communicated through Excel. It is something I use every day. Other employees use the tool as well for various functions. We work with significant amounts of data and Excel makes our work so much simpler and streamlined.

  • It cuts our Data Administration time by over 50%.
  • We use Excel exports from our CRM to generate quick reporting and results to review.
  • It is simple to show new employees how to use.
We occasionally use access, but it really is not all the functional for our business process. Excel seems to be much more effective and simpler to use for our day to day operations. Excel allows us quick data sharing and reporting which is a key part of what we need for our clients.

Yes

It is ideal for data cleansing, file sharing, and reporting of data. The interface has gotten so much more advanced over the years it is a great tool we use daily. It is less appropriate for formal reports, or presentations. For imagery, graphics and key takeaway points you are better served using PowerPoint.

The option and functions are fantastic. Once used to Excel, the speed of work you can do is amazing.
