Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Exchange is being used across the entire organization for both email and calendar purposes. It allows everyone in the company to communicate effectively and in a streamlined manner. Each department has access to various distribution groups and are able to address issues as quickly as they come in.

Microsoft Exchange is useful in an environment where there are multiple departments, and there is a need for calendar functionality and meeting invites, as well as distribution groups. For smaller companies that mainly need email access, Microsoft Exchange would be more of a luxury and something you could live without.
