Microsoft Exchange is an excellent email, calendar and contacts, meeting solution for PC, phone or web browser. Easy implementation and very user friendly for end users. Very good functionalities like unlimited archiving, the hold and redemption policy functionality or schedule emails to be sent in the future. Fit great for small or big business.

Alternatives Considered

We selected Microsoft Exchange because it is a mature, complex and very good solution from Microsoft. The integration from other tools from Microsoft that we have already in place was easy, like SharePoint, Office, Skype for business. Also the application for mobiles devices are very useful for us. Also the licensing price is very good.

Microsoft Exchange works very fast and it consumes low resources. Works great on PCs, web browser, phone and tablets in different OS: Microsoft, IOS, Android. Easy installation, inclusive configuration on mobile devices. The web browser solution is a great tool to access your email remotely, including on VPN. Message archiving is very useful. Easy import/export of messages on different devices.
