Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is a hosted email service which is being used by my whole organization. All the departments in my organization use this software as their default email program. It helps us to have our emails and contacts in one place. And it can be accessed by all our systems. Its organised services helps us to reduce our time managing our emails.
- It can sync all emails, contacts and calendar very well.
- Setting up accounts and configuring emails on this software is very easy.
- It provides a mobile application also which helps users to access email while traveling.
- Sometimes its email sorting happens with errors. Some of my important emails went to my Junk folder.
- It is not well optimised with Mac OS. I had to uninstall it from my MacBook.
- It doesn't work well with a slow internet connection.
- It [reduces] our costs by storing all of the email database in one place.
- Its encryption feature protects our data.
- Its availability on mobile platforms increases the productivity of our employees.
This is the first and only software my organization used for emails. We didn't use any other software. We are completely satisfied with it.
