Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

We use Microsoft Exchange for day-to-day email exchanges for alert and monitoring boxes. This is easy to share across users and easy to maintain. The advantage is that it doesn't create the threat of password sharing. Its shared mailbox can be configured and can be parallelly accessed by multiple users. This has been beneficial for the support team.
  • Multiple user access
  • Easy for maintenance
  • Works well for calendar and rules
  • Not any that we observed
  • integration with Teams
  • Calendar
  • Shared mail box
  • We have more than 10000 apps/servers generating alerts and we couldn’t use Office 365 for this to be monitored so we used Microsoft Exchange and gave access to multiple users which helped a lot for the operations team.
  • Single point of connect from a big team.
Office 365 is not recommended for shared use so we are using Microsoft Exchange. This helps to have access to multiple users and easy access to emails and calendars to provide support round the clock.
