Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is an excellent messaging system integrated with email, calendar, and messaging. It has one of the best email solutions, easy administration, deployment, and integration with Microsoft. It has helped us in enhancing the email delivery system tremendously. It is a must tool for all organizations.
- Easy administration as it helps us in managing the various groups along with their privacy.
- Easy deployment/integration of the company data on the server.
- Intuitive features along with their privacy control.
- Email Organization system does not provide feedback intelligently about the category an email should belong to.
- Managing calendar event is sometimes difficult.
- Email indexing or searching can be improved as it takes a longer time to fetch that data when on limited bandwidth.

- It has improved meeting setup and meeting management significantly along with all types of calendar events. It does lack the capability to identify the national holidays or country-based holidays.
- Email management and organization is very well defined.
- Increased productivity because it is relatively easy to use.
It has better ease of integration with the servers and company data. It has a relatively better cost compared to all the tools available. The privacy features and capabilities are something best in class.
