Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

We use Office 365 across our enterprise for email, collaboration, and communication. It provides a secure, cloud-based solution to enable our employees to connect from any device and any location.

Pros

  • It's cloud-based so you can access it from any device and any location.
  • It integrates email, document storage, collaboration, and communications applications.
  • It's secure.

Cons

  • OneDrive takes some getting used to.
  • There are lots of applications within O365 that users don't use.
  • It work well as long as you have a solid network/network connection.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Increased collaboration.
  • Accelerated hardware transitions.
MS Office and Office 365 have greater capabilities. End users are familiar with MS platform.
Enterprise email and collaboration platform. For smaller organization others tools like Slack may be more effective. If your organization isn't as tied to Microsoft office, Google may be a consideration.
