Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Our organization operates on Microsoft Office 365 and it's extremely helpful for collaboration across teams.
  • Collaboration on documents in Sharepoint
  • Supports teamwork and brainstorming with Teams
  • Integrates with Outlook email
  • The ability to collaborate on documents supports our employee experience and team mentality.
The full O365 suite is much more connected but I was not part of the selection process.
Great for our entire team and smaller teams within. Given the agency structure, there are multiple sub-teams and internal groups that cross traditional silos. Allowing individuals access to various teams and resources across the organization empowers all employees to solve their own problems and seek out solutions.
