Our company uses Microsoft Office 365 for creating our reports for our company email, creating spreadsheets for data management, as well as creating presentations to share our company's progress with our employees and clients. We have Microsoft Office 365 on all of our company computers and laptops. Microsoft Office 365 has helped make our company more efficient and collaboration easier within our company.
Pros
- All of the application included with the Mircosoft Office 365 program makes it easy to insert tables into word documents or figures into powerpoints and to share the data with other Mircosoft Office 365 users. The compatibility between the different applications takes the headache out of creating professional-looking reports and presentations.
- The variety of applications gives your company almost everything it needs to function efficiently.
Cons
- Sometimes there is too much going on/too many applications with the Microsoft Office 365 that it becomes cluttered. Takes some time to become familiar with all the different applications. Takes a little extra time in the startup and training, but after that, it becomes easy to use.
- Email and Teams sync nicely, allowing efficient time management and scheduling between employees and clients.
- Having applications like excel, word, and powerpoint all supported by the programs reducing compatibility errors and makes creating professional documents easier and more efficient.
