Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We use Office 365 extensively, both internally and as a managed service provider, and recommend it wholeheartedly to our clients. The breadth of services and tools that Microsoft includes in this product is staggering. We recommend it because of a few of the following reasons:
- Business-class email.
- Standardizes office licensing for all users.
- Teams collaboration.
- Sharepoint document management and sharing are great.
Pros
- Great email provider.
- Business-class collaboration.
- Standardizing office licensing.
- Document Sharing.
Cons
- Too many options for most people.
- Spam filtering requires a lot of tweaking -- we went to a 3rd-party tool.
- It does not have email backup -- we're using a 3rd-party tool.
- Standardizing office licensing has been a really big time-saver for both us and our clients. No longer are we having to manage keys or mismatched versions of documents.
- Having a consistent email provider has made it much quicker for our teams to manage and administrate our users.
- There are some limitations on certain versions of licensing, which can be frustrating, as the costs can pile up.
