Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

We use Power Automate to join different business systems together which otherwise wouldn't have worked together. For example, when we receive emails from certain parties, we're able to notify the entire team via our chat software, with attachments automically saved to our data storage.

Pros

  • Linking different systems
  • Automation
  • Process improvements

Cons

  • Complex
  • Some integrations have limited functionality
  • Integration between different systems
  • Automations
  • Time saving from task automation
  • Consistency in processing
The system is relatively complex for someone who don't have a background in IT/code. Yet simple enough that it is possible to learn.

We didn't migrate into the product, rather built it from the ground up. However, once it's established, there's next to nothing to maintain.
We preferred PowerAutomate due to its integration and security within the M365 suite which our business was already using.

Do you think Microsoft Power Automate delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Power Automate's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft Power Automate live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Microsoft Power Automate go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft Power Automate again?

Yes

We've found it works brilliantly when the trigger is an email received. The actions that can flow from that trigger are numerous.

Additionally, we have timed automations for regular actions which are reliable and ensure nothing is missed.
