Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI

We use it everyday to help with our service cases and help resolve issues. We are a company that is in many states, and this program helps with keeping all the data in one place and allows upper management to see project progress all in one place. It also helps us sort jobs out based on their status.

Pros

Cons

  • integration with other software could be better
  • add in AI
  • easier to click link to CRM
  • It is linked to our CRM so it gets projects to the finish line
  • It has allowed us to see data in visual reports making things move along quicker
  • It makes our construction process more efficient
It can be easy to use once a report is set up, but it is difficult to set a report up in the beginning. I think they could make it a little more user friendly for the average person. I am sure there is some training needed to fully use the features. I am pretty sure there is a lot of features I am unaware of.

Yes

Microsoft Power BI works well for tracking service orders and for keeping track overall. If you work in construction or even in customer service you would find this software useful. If you have a large scale operation, Microsoft Power BI also helps figuring out where you are at as far as work completed is. Super helpful.
