Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Project

We use Microsoft Project to create project schedules on residential and commercial buildings. We also use it in house to do monthly tasks and for a review of all the trades.

Pros

  • The software is great on outlining deadlines
  • The easy way of adding tasks to current items
  • The interface is easy to follow
  • The graphics and layout is great

Cons

  • Sometimes it's hard to get the software to not include holidays or non working days
  • This software can help save a lot of money, it will aid everyone to get any project finished on time and under budget
  • It will make work easier and efficient
  • Everyone can be on the same page and pace so things get done and done without any setbacks
Microsoft Project is well suited for any small or large project. It could be construction project, software project, production projects, filming projects, any type of project that you will need to keep track of particular items, people, deliveries, items, or even travel. It is less appropriate to use it for small tasks, such as for school projects or a team project, but you can use it, but you wont use the full potential of the program.
