Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint is used for storing files of all types and collaborating with users . The list functionality in Microsoft SharePoint is utilized for a more standardized storage of tabular data .Also Microsoft SharePoint allows integration into teams which is useful for easy access within teams
Pros
- Allows integration into Teams the entire Microsoft SharePoint site can be viewed in teams
- Easy collaboration with team by sharing links to files
- The site access can be restricted to only selected users and also modified for read-only /edit type of access as per use case
Cons
- The teams integration has some glitches at times .The Microsoft SharePoint site doesn't load into teams and teams needs to be restarted to view the site
- Users have a more organised way of storing files and keep it access controlled to only their relevant team
