Over the past year, we have moved to Microsoft Teams across our organization. It has really opened up our communication with one another which has been a huge struggle.

We have RDS which is a remote desktop, and when someone wants to chat with me, it pops up for a second but I actually have to minimize my remote desktop to get to the actual chat screen.
