Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
My organization switched to Microsoft Teams a few years ago. It has some great collaboration features. My favorite is to documentation repository for Teams to access and create lists. It has made access to documents across the organization easy. I do wish Microsoft Teams allowed notification in a List. For example, I created a list to track issues for a system, Microsoft Teams did not send a notification to the recipient when a record was added. I also wish it allowed assigning multiple recipients to a record.

- Ability to clear out chat permanently

- Very efficient and effective meetings
- More efficient tracking systems
- Greate teamwork abilities such as meeting recordings, transcripts etc
