Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We have many employees all over the world and we need to be able to collaborate and used the tools to brainstorm and show working sessions as well and distribute information and organize it.

Pros

  • Copilot does a great job of taking notes
  • Integration with Microsoft Teams Rooms has been a game changer for white board sessions
  • The ability for our users to all be able to collaborate virtually on a white board.

Cons

  • Without budget for MTR, it could be difficult to leverage all collaboration options.
  • Microsoft Teams was rolled out during the pandemic, and it worked well even though it was a project that needed to be sped up.
It's been a great asset to our company and to our work.

White board sessions are needed to resolve issues. It's been amazing experience to be able to breakout into rooms virtually, but not only that, if you have Microsoft Team Rooms you can leverage that even more, and for the people not in person, they can also write on the "white board"
