Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Regular meetings with members of the organization that are located at other sites or throughout the world. It is a great way to chat easily without having to write out an email or call someone. It also helps to see if someone is busy before you call them for help.

- Easy to connect with peers
Cons
- Chats are always there and cannot be deleted
- Status sometimes changes automatically
- Doesn't always link up right away with mobile app
- Saves money on the company by not having phones in every office
- Easier to connect with peers
- Very rarely has technical issues
- Zoom Events & Webinars and Google Chat
Microsoft Teams is easier to access than these and the chats and videos are easily found when needed.
