Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visio
The company I currently work for has very extensive and complicated processes that we use to market big data, and because of this, it is sometimes a challenge to explain what we do to new clients or employees. We have successfully used Visio to explain these intricate processes in a way that anyone can understand by easily creating clear and concise infographics and charts.
- Ease of use.
- Multifunctional.
- Trusted Name.
- More pre made templates.
- Cost (sometimes hard to justify when there are free options).
- Background templates.
- Ease of Use
- Versatile
- Effective
- Easier to train new employees.
- Saves money by not having to hire a graphic designer to create visuals.
- Helps clients understand what they are paying for.
Some comparable products I have used to complete similar tasks would be Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Illustrator. Although both of these are very great programs in their own right, I would say Microsoft Visio is still the best to use, specifically when wanting to create intricate infographics and flow charts. This is because the program is specifically made to do this, while the other two are not. While they all have the ability to make shapes and connectors that would be used to make infographics/flow charts, Visio is specifically programmed so that the chart elements interact together.
