Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

My organization used Mimecast Advanced Email Security to help protect our staff via URL re-writing, the ability to pull mass phishing or spam emails from staffs mailboxes. Also the ability to have email continuity if there are issues with office 365. My organization also uses the large file send service which allows us to send one time emails to clients with a secure link.

I have come from a background of of variety of spam filter or smart hosts. My absolute favorite was MXLogic but unfortunately that went out of business. Once Mimecast Advanced Email Security is setup correctly it works perfect. The interface is very easy to navigate and provide insights. The ability to custom tailor to each users preferences is a plus.
Integrating Mimecast Advanced Email Security with other tools have been very easy. Mimecast Advanced Email Security does a very good job of creating knowledge base articles and guides to help ensure that the API setup is easy. They have pre approved vendors and products to show integrations natively which allows you to see which other integrations you should or could be using.

For large organizations Mimecast Advanced Email Security is great with its archive and email journaling. The ability to provide archive access to a 3rd party in the event of a subpoena is such a time save. For small organizations with a low budget Mimecast Advanced Email Security is a significant under taking to configure. My organization payed the professional services to help set it up but it still took significant time with a guide.
