Overall Satisfaction with MindTickle
Currently, MindTickle is being used across our Organization. The platform is used to address the development need of our employees. I have been using the platform for the last two years, and found it user-friendly. The best part is the kind of support Mind Tickle provides, especially through their ChatBot. I think the platform is evolving with time, and is helping us meet the needs of our trainees. My experience has been quite smooth.

- You need to start the quizzes for users. There's no advanced scheduling for starting one.
- A live call can’t be scheduled, as is the case with some LMS platforms.
- Overall, learners' experiences have been good.

I haven’t explored the above-listed products, but the kind of advantage on user experience and diversified solutions on one platform made the decision easier to choose among platforms. On the whole, MindTickle gives you value for money. None of our users have faced any major issues to date.
