Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is using by several departments in my company and helps us collaborate in many ways. We have been using it lately mostly to have a board where we share insights that we extract from interviews and other methodologies, and helps us see all together.
  • Help us visualize a lot of information altogether.
  • Help us organize and prioritize vast information.
  • Help us make connections between different kinds of information.
  • It could have more basic templates, but templates that are there are easy to edit or twist a bit, like flexible templates.
  • I don't know what is the cost for the organization, but I do know that is being used a lot, and helping each other work together while working remotely.
Miro was very easy to use. Usually, people are used to other tools such as Mural so we thought it would be tough to adapt to a new kind of board, but it was super easy and welcome for everyone.
It is very integrated to our work ecosystem. You get notifications by email, you can sign on using a single sign-on.
100% help us to collaborate. Miro and Slack have become key allies in our day-to-day battle to work all together, synchronously and asynchronously.

Mural was good, but felt less pro. We have many other possibilities with Miro and seems fast and easy to use
Slack, Zoom
A great canvas for collaboration, that people of all departments love. Super powerful, but easy to use as a whiteboard.
