Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Depending on the departments which have managers or team members who are more tech-savvy and willing to try new applications. It is often used in the workshop to brainstorm and collect inputs for pre-defined frameworks.
Pros
- Workshop brainstorming.
- Strategy definition.
Cons
- The wording is sometimes too small when the text becomes long. This makes different stickers have different text sizes which is not visually consistent.
- Sub-topic or comments behind each sticker are only visible if we open the stickers.
- It could have been shown by moving the cursor to the comments to avoid opening the whole stickers to view the details.
- Action owner synchronized with team members can be included to add to actionable tasks so as to keep track of ownership.
- Not visible and is not perceived as such.
In a positive way given the new workplace norm of remote working and increasing projects required cross functions or cross locations collaboration. It has become increasingly harder to conduct workshops or brainstorming in person and it takes more work to prepare for such sessions in person and Miro makes it easier.
