Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used to capture project-related assignments and workshops, across a big part of the organization. It addresses the potential loss of input and overview when many different participants are involved in a single task/project.
  • Capture info and allow participants to review and add in real-time.
  • Combine various sources and files into one repository.
  • Allow for users to add 24/7 and capture well who has done what.
  • The ease of focusing back to where others are on the board could be improved.
  • Still early but some projects might be finishing quicker than expected, meaning earlier returns.
  • Improved productivity due to identification of issues and group efforts to reduce challenges.
It is pretty easy to understand once you have worked with it for a couple of hours and understand where to look on the board. Initially, you need to put some effort into understanding the functionalities.
Much easier to work across locations in a very international organization.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Better in teams of project management and amend captured content. Less built to communicate in real time.
Project management control, brainstorming sessions, workshops. For all these tasks the functionalities contain a great repository and user-friendly system to capture the ideas of the group.
