Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In times of virtual meetings in our company, Miro is a useful helper for a wide variety of application purposes - from project kickoffs to the visualization of complex transfer processes, design thinking processes, or prototyping. It's easy to use, and so far I haven't noticed any noteworthy flaws or usability issues.

  • Prototyping.
  • Meeting-Whiteboard.

Cons

  • None.
  • Transparency in virtual meetings.
  • Simplified working together.
  • Reduced project completion time.
Anyone can use Miro, with the exception of employees who rely on accessible tools.
Without Miro, many meetings would have been less successful because a large part of the workforce is now working from home due to Corona.

Miro is well suited for prototyping, visualization of processes, and project tasks. However, it is less suitable for the visualization of complex software or interfaces, as there are better tools. But for everything that you normally draw freehand on a whiteboard, Miro is a perfect tool.
