Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I think it will be used a lot of different language options are provided. Although there are no departments such as Controlling, HR, departments such as marketing, communication, education, R&D departments that require creativity and collaborative work will use it a lot.
Some people can use it with interest, while for others, even the training documents are complicated. Perhaps for beginners, an offer to play on a small board should be given before big meetings.
The whole organization uses it, but departments that require creativity and collaboration, such as innovation and marketing, use it more. Miro boards is a very good platform to collaborate in the business world under the influence of Covid-19. We can organize our project flow processes together in the online environment, as it acts as a repository for the content. It provides transparency in terms of duties and responsibilities.

  • When uploading multiple people's photos on the board seems like giant photos on the whole screen. A warning can be given beforehand, something that disrupts this flow and creates confusion, just like people with little knowledge are dragged from place to place on multi-participation boards...
  • Emojis are so cute. Maybe you can increase emoji notifications like Facebook. I want to click easily when I was voting on ideas on the board.
  • The template is really useful but does not allow some simple changes. I wish I could arrange my own template in the base template.
  • I wish my Miro board also communicated with my calendar.

I am in numerous meeting groups that I follow on Miro. Efficiency is high in each of them, and I can follow even a missed meeting with later additions. Words fly, writing remains :)

Miro is clearly ahead. Most of the Miro tools are not available in equivalent applications. Like huge common use areas
Miro is very valuable for workshops, ideation events, and project management. My whole workflow is in the Miro boards and this is so useable for my weekly or monthly plan. It also facilitates the voting processes of events such as Pitch Day. It's nice to be able to react with emojis. It's also very easy to add videos and slides to the clipboard.

But I guess miro boards are too conservative when using templates, so I can't choose beautiful templates and adjust them myself. Not being able to modify templates like Business Canvas is bad. Maybe should be like Canva :)
