Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am currently using Miro to sketch out our data pipelines, creating flow diagrams, project management workflows, and product designs. In the past, my team has sketched out several workflows to determine potential pain points, identify possible pitfalls, and in turn build the most efficient data pipeline to create reports and warehouses.

Miro has helped me when creating entity-relationship diagrams for databases, taking notes while discussing different boards, collaborating to work on the same board at different ends, using sticky notes to mark important points for the team to notice, creating workflow diagrams to share potential pain points, adding images and texts to different fields/boards, sharing easily within teams through emails explain/present the details to the overall team.

Miro was already an integral part of what the team was building and working towards. So it was already in place for me to come in and use the tool for bringing efficiencies to the research and development part of my company. Using Visio academically made it easy for me to transition over to Miro.
