Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The design team uses Miro to tackle team meetings, brainstorming, mind-mapping, and research for product development. It allows our team to collaborate on projects together easily and creates a space where we can put our brain-dumps, inspiration, and research findings. The templates also allow us to try new ways of collaboration to see what works best for our team.
  • Easy-to-use templates.
  • Plenty of features for collaboration.
  • A simple, but robust user interface.
  • Fewer pop-ups when opening a board. I find modals and slideouts get in the way.
  • Less crowded dashboard.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Increased collaboration.
  • Slowed down meetings with team members struggling to figure out the interface.
Another member of our team handled implementation, but from a user-facing perspective, it was quite easy to get set up!
Was very easy for me to set up!
In almost every meeting we have that requires brainstorming/collaboration, we use Miro! We can share our boards with other teammates to catch up on missed meetings later. Having the visual component of a meeting you missed is helpful in getting context and catching up.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is helpful when working with other teams outside our design department. However, given that we use Figma, FigJam is most used when working on intra-departmental projects.
