Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it across the whole organization, for a number of different situations and occasions. We use miro as a basic modeling tool for designing the scope of solutions for different types of industries (healthcare, finance, retail, government, etc.). Its ease of use and simplicity make it a very useful tool. We also use it as a modeling tool for internal process improvement proposals.
  • Very easy to be adopted for user with a few experience on these tools.
  • Separates very well, in an intuitive way, all of its tools.
  • Lets users share and socialize very fast and easy.
  • Mobile experience.
  • Release management.
  • API Calls.
  • Integration of new, custom fonts
  • Miro improves results, in terms of meeting deliverables. Things get done faster.
  • It helps to build faster consensus, so decreases the number of hours expended.
  • On the other hand, some scenarios could be oversimplified, with the risk of having to add new understanding or agreements meetings - with higher hidden costs.
Thinking of Miro as a tool for corporate use, a key to its successful implementation is to incorporate in the first instance people with good experience in process modeling, who can then be coaches for future trainers of the tool.I think it is important to choose correctly the first processes to be modeled. That they are meaningful for the purpose or context where they are being modeled.
In general, Miro integrates pretty easy with Atlassian Tools. It is quite simple and straightforward integration with Jira and Confluence. Even simpler was the integration with Google tools, particularly the Calendar. In this sense, Miro has proven to be an easy and straightforward tool to integrate with other general-purpose tools on the market.
Miro has had a very positive impact on the organization as a collaboration tool. It has been used in collaborative events, connecting multiple teams, with different levels of knowledge and experience. Its ease of use has been the key to how quickly these teams have been able to collaborate and integrate their work very productively.

I see Miro well suited for any scenario, except some that required more literacy in terms of solution/contracts, with lots of wording. For the initial approach to complex analysis, in industries that have complex business processes, with multiple stakeholders and constraints, Miró becomes a very good tool to perform incremental complexity analysis.
