I used to kid around that my brain was mapped on Miro. It's no longer a joke: it's a fact.

Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I take my notes, sum up ideas and map them. I facilitate workshops and do wireframes Mindmaps Story mapping.
- Wire framing.
- Mind mapping.
- Organizing different frames.
- Collaborative workshops.
- Presentation options lack some user-friendliness.
- Wire framing could use more assets/options.
- Frames don't always pick up all the elements.
- I do not redo my notes all the time. Moving things around is a charm.
- Printscreens and/or image resizes are flawlessly executed. In groups or individually. No matter how complex it looks at first with all the layers.
- I don't waste time or energy preparing a nice Figma UI. They know Miro is made for wireframes (UX).
- I save my teammates time just by linking a copy of the exact frame or picture I want them to look at.
I plan, lead, facilitate, and do follow-ups on multiple workshops that require people to participate. And it's a breeze. However, you really need to find the mouse/touch switcher otherwise it can be a painful experience.

- Butter: a great complement to Miro but they are picking up quickly in their features - Figma(Jam): too technical and not powerful enough for my taste - ClickUp: their new whiteboarding feature is interesting but not mature enough to compare - LucidChart: I work with developers. They love it, I don't. - Trello: very limiting features and mapping options.
