Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used it during covid to support our online training. We used it in combination with Microsoft Teams break-out rooms in which participants could brainstorm about topics, answer questions, and give feedback. We also use it in online meetings where we gathered the input of participants on different topics and put it in Miro to give a good oversight to participants. It was really helpful as it is a different way of collaborating online and giving people a quick overview of what others think.
  • Making things visual.
  • Helping people see and read what others think.
  • Making break-out room discussions more interactive.
  • Its advantage is also its drawback; Miro can do so much that it can be overwhelming at first for new users.
  • A better integration in Microsoft Teams/break out rooms would be nice.
  • Quicker sharing of opinions and ideas in online gatherings.
  • Making meetings more interactive, while still being online.
It was a great help during our online break-out rooms in Microsoft Teams.
Miro is quite easy to use even without a long introduction, however, a cleaner and better integration of Miro into Microsoft Teams would be nice.
Miro helps us collaborate a lot! When at first online meetings and training were very one-directional, Miro helped us to make them more interactive and gather everyone's opinion.

Padlet: is way less fancy and has way fewer features, but the simplicity of it can be helpful for participants that are not very good with digital tools.
Miro is well suited for online brainstorming, gathering opinions, fostering collaboration, especially in break-out rooms.
