Miro is used to conduct workshops with different teams to work on IT projects (collect ideas, collaborate, prepare a backlog, etc.).
- Synchronous work.
- The large work board.
- In issue tracking: tagging multiple people.
- Providing workflows for issues.
- Improved productivity.
- Ease of use.
