Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to conduct workshops with different teams to work on IT projects (collect ideas, collaborate, prepare a backlog, etc.).
  • Synchronous work.
  • The large work board.
  • In issue tracking: tagging multiple people.
  • Providing workflows for issues.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Ease of use.

In my opinion, Jira is better at ticket management.
Miro is ideal when live collaboration is key. For ticket tracking, other products would be more suitable (ex. Jira).
