Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us with our planning and alignment across an agile team, consisting of 30+ members and 4 squads. It visualizes our plans and helps us identify dependencies and discussion points. Miro has been enabled for the entire organization this year, with an SSO option. It is widely being used for planning, dependency tracking, workshops, and brainstorming.
  • Templates.
  • Easy to use.
  • Track changes.
  • Easier integration with other tools.
  • Enable more straightforward locking options in certain areas.
  • Exports in a more structured way (instead of flat).
  • Improved alignment within the team.
  • Identification of dependencies between pieces of work.
  • Tracking of the evolvement of delivery.
Allocate enough time to train your team in understanding what features are available. As soon as the value of using Miro in a fully online community (due to COVID), the tool has been picked up by many (although not all) teams.
If integration in the team goes well, for companies it can be a challenge to integrate with existing tools such as Jira. This depends on the company policies, Miro, however, has been particularly difficult due to its setup for our company.
We have not yet started new projects with Miro, as we have been using it only about 5 months.
