Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Process mapping, lean reviews like value stream mapping, brainstorming, and meeting management.

Pros

  • Edibility.
  • Collaboration.
  • Ease of use.

Cons

  • Teams and groups are not intuitive on how to set up and use.
  • Made remote work possible!!
Implementation of the tool was already in place, but as a user, signing in and setting up initially was simple. Signing up for a group was somewhat less intuitive.
Integration into our working culture was super simple.
This is the core value that Miro has brought us. We are able to collaborate across a very wide geography in real time.

Yes

I use Visio as an alternative for business process and value stream mapping. Visio doesn't allow for collaborative work as easily as Miro but does seem easier to manage large, complex flowcharts.
An amazing collaboration tool. Visio is more functional for flowcharting though in terms of usability and professional-looking output.
