Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used in tandem with Agile Methodology and for project planning. Used by various stakeholders and for everyone to use the same canvas to chip in ideas or to discuss ideation. Addresses the problem of having a single view for everyone and stable enough to be used by multiple people simultaneously without having any major hiccups.
  • Collaborative work.
  • White boarding.
  • Presentation.
  • More features such as putting video on Miro and ability to put music for presentation.
  • Picking background and themes in Miro.
  • Some UIUX updates for easier drag and drop, as well as a slicker way to know the number of people currently accessing the board.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better ideation process.
  • Better discussion flow and outcomes.
No major input on this.
Ease of use and collaborative work.
Very much have impacted the collaborative work in a very positive way.

Well suited for collaborative work where if you don't really have a good way to start, Miro can be that canvas to inspire people to chip in ideas. Functionalities might be limited to those who know the ideation process (whiteboarding, wireframing) but might require an introduction to those who didn't know much about planning. So far no example where is it not appropriate to use Miro.
