Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro was used to organize ideas and help the team visualize the proposed design from the design team. It's also helpful to store information to be consulted later on and to be presented in meetings. The whole pipeline of construction can be easily built and seen by all project members, which makes it easier for everyone to be on the same page.
  • Easy to do complex or simple workflow
  • Has many tools for organizing information in clear ways
  • Good learning curve, it's easy to use
  • Works really well on the phone as well
  • There's some lagging on the phone
  • Needs better UI (organization is a bit confusing)
  • Improves productivity due to organized workflow
  • Improved the team's communication
  • Improved the team's Independence due to the stored information
  • After too much information is stored, it's hard to navigate and find the necessary information
No, I don't have any insights
I didn't use integration
My whole project was done remotely. Miro helped us work separately, but with organization.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Miro is easier to use and more well known
Miro is very appropriate for brainstorming, group projects, building and visualizing information and making mind maps.
Miro is not for writing complex and structured documents like LaTeX is, and could be a bit overwhelming at first without some introduction to show the platforms whole potential
