Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Multiple orgs use Miro across Red Hat and it’s a huge help especially when running discovery or training sessions. I’ve been a user while learning in training classes and I’ve been an observer while others create and run the miro board on client calls and sessions. Miro gets the job done either way!

It’s been very helpful while we’re all remote and since we were unable to travel
to our clients like we typically do, it was super useful during COVID especially.

Miro Has a lot more functionality and is a much more collaborative environment.
Miro is great for training and discovery sessions with clients or internally. It helps with whiteboarding and allows for a very collaborative environment while everyone is remote or even in two separate rooms. However, I had one architect attempt to use it during a scoping call and that seemed to make things a bit too complicated and wasn’t worth all the set up.
