Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We were looking for a program to present our work when Corona began. Our team loves the ease of use. You can move the work back and forth very quickly. Every link in the process chain is clearly displayed and can be filled with current information. Now after a year of use, we hope that we will be able to use [Miro] for a very long time.
  • Simple presentation with detailed information.
  • Lots of templates to get started right away.
  • Good opportunities to map complex work chains.
  • List dates in the past.
  • Performance.
  • Folder structures for Kanban representations.
  • Due to the performance problems, it sometimes takes a little longer, which can be 1-2 hours over the week.
  • I'm missing an option for folders.
It's been a lot easier since we introduced Miro. Of course, it was a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but that was over in a few weeks.
Clear structure
There are many templates that you can get started within a few moments.
You can simply move the files with the mouse.
As I said at the beginning, the familiarization phase was an issue for us. Our physical whiteboard was still being maintained at the same time and only after everyone was satisfied with Miro did we get rid of the board.

Simple presentation of orders You can have several Kanban boards in one Miro file You can invite new colleagues quickly and easily. A search Field helps you to keep a clear overview. Unfortunately, many other providers do not offer this option. If there is news or updates, you get a message from Miro and you can read in detail what is new.
