Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for retros and workshops. It's currently being used by our digital solutions department but other teams are starting to familiarize themselves with it as well.

Pros

  • Visuals.
  • Nice Templates.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • The sharing function with the password is a subject of complaints.
  • It takes some time to load.
  • Increased collaboration
It was easy to implement. We as a company transitioned completely from Mural to Miro.
As said before, it's easy to use.
Miro is an impressive collaboration tool. It's simple, boards are quickly shareable and it helps to gather a high amount of insights in a short time. Workshops are now easier thanks to Miro. This tool is one of the reasons why the transition to remote work was seamless, not only in our company but in so many others.

As a starter in the UX world, Miro's experience sounded easier and more interesting than Mural.

Scenarios where it's used well: workshops, team retros, and collaborative tasks. It's way better than Mural.
Scenarios where it's less appropriate: Note-taking, large texts.
