Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it to facilitate innovation workshops.
Pros
- Collaboration
- I like the drop shadows on stickies!
Cons
- Voting - one of my fav things about Miro was its pre-voting ability (schedule in advance) and they recently removed it.
- Lack of images - no Google searches for images.
- It helps me facilitate virtually.
It's helpful to get thoughts from multiple contributors remotely.

I use both. The organization I work with chose Miro, but personally I prefer Mural.
