I really like the way Miro approaches interactivity

Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro boards have been used by trainers to interact with the participants. This way we could all participate and give input. I myself use Miro boards to create workflows for my team to follow. By making this visual it's easier to learn/retain.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface for flowcharts.
  • Easy to interact on one document with several people.
  • Good to create mind maps.

Cons

  • Some of the interfaces are all over the screen. Sometimes I have a hard time finding the button I need.
  • Improved productivity of the team.
I like working with it.
Some adjustment was neede to the system I was previously used but got the hang of it pretty fast.
We had a very interactive training using a big Miro Board and it was very useful to let everybody actively participate.

Freshservice, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Drive
Very useful tool that I intend to use more in the near future.
