Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used in several areas, it helps us brainstorm ideas to improve processes and visually where we can focus on some contributing causes.

Pros

  • Brainstorming.
  • Visual aid in colors.
  • Interactive participation of all people.
  • Work with the most lean processes.

Cons

  • There are very useful functionalities such as the stopwatch, voting, and the vast majority of templates that are only available in the paid versions.
  • Technical problems may arise and connecting the projector may be expensive.
  • You cannot change the color of the icons, since they come from Iconfinder and are images, not fonts.
  • Increased productivity.
  • More efficient processes.
  • focus on the need for continuous improvement.
It is easily integrated into all processes and is easy to understand and use.
In the group union, everyone can say their opinions or ideas in a more interactive way.
